Booking Policy & Cancellations

This policy exists because we hold your time — and ours — to the highest standard. Please read it before booking so there are no surprises.

The short version

All deposits are final. We prepare for your appointment the moment it is confirmed — your spot, your braider's schedule, and the hair for your style. In exchange, we ask for commitment. If something comes up, reach out as early as possible and we will do our best to work with you.

Deposits Are Non-Refundable

A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is applied toward your total balance but cannot be refunded under any circumstances — including personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, or a change of mind. The deposit compensates for the preparation and time your braider dedicates to your appointment from the moment it is confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 667-325-7968. Early notice allows us to offer your slot to another client. Cancellations with fewer than 24 hours of notice, or appointments missed without prior communication, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is included with every appointment. Arrivals beyond this window are subject to a $25 fee per additional 15 minutes. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without prior communication may require rescheduling, and the deposit may be forfeited. If you know you are running late, please reach out immediately — we will do our best to accommodate you.

Service Quality & Satisfaction

We stand fully behind our work. Before leaving the studio, inspect your style carefully — if anything needs adjustment, we will address it on the spot at no extra charge. Once you have accepted the completed service and left the studio, refunds cannot be issued. Concerns related to personal preference after the appointment, or decisions made after leaving, are not eligible for compensation.

Hair & Materials

Hair is included in all listed service prices. Once the installation begins, the hair used is non-returnable and non-refundable regardless of the outcome. For custom styles using your own supplied hair or materials, terms are discussed and agreed upon at the time of consultation, before any work begins.

Payment Terms

Deposits are collected online via CashApp or Zelle at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your appointment. We do not process refunds on deposit transactions. For any billing concerns, please contact us directly at 667-325-7968 before initiating third-party claims or disputes.

Guest Policy

Our studio is a calm, focused space so your braider can give you their complete and undivided attention. Guests — including children — are welcome with prior approval only. Unannounced guests may be asked to wait outside. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a professional environment that every client deserves.

You Agree to This Policy at Booking

By paying a deposit and completing a booking with Deles Hair Braiding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full. We appreciate every client who trusts us with their hair and we are committed to making every visit extraordinary.
